These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "your") and 995det (hereinafter "995det", "the Platform", " "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 995det website located at https://995det.vip and all associated services, games, betting markets, and payment functions offered therein.

By accessing the 995det website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

Access to and use of the 995det platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of 995det services, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. 995det accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the player.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Creating or operating multiple accounts — including accounts in different names, using different mobile numbers, or registered to different email addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any balances within them may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 995det will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel.

You must notify the 995det support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your login credentials have been compromised. 995det accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

995det operates a Know Your Customer verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. KYC verification may be required before a player's first withdrawal, or at any point during the account lifecycle at 995det's discretion. Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account showing the registered mobile number)
• Source of funds documentation for accounts processing large transaction volumes

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after request will result in withdrawal restrictions and may ultimately result in account suspension.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

995det processes all player transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals:

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 995det will not process deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment account that does not match the player's registered details, it may be reversed and the associated player account may be restricted pending investigation.

995det does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank, or card issuer) may apply their own service charges, which are not controlled by 995det. Always check with your payment provider before initiating a transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible, as part of our anti-money laundering controls. Withdrawals to a different payment account may require additional KYC documentation.

995det endeavours to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes shown in the table above. Processing times may be extended in cases where KYC verification is pending, where the withdrawal requires manual review, or during periods of unusually high platform activity. 995det accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers after a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched from the platform.

The following general conditions apply to all promotions offered by 995det unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Eligibility: All bonuses are available to verified player accounts only. Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use and may not be claimed by operators, agents, or syndicates.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous one is still active will result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (turnover conditions) specified in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute a reduced percentage. Specific game contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active, maximum bet or stake limits may apply. Placing bets exceeding the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• Expiry: All bonuses are subject to a validity period from the date of award. Bonus funds and any associated pending winnings that have not met wagering requirements within the validity period will be removed from the account automatically.
• Abuse: 995det reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or clawback any bonus where the platform reasonably suspects abuse, manipulation, or exploitation of the promotion, including but not limited to coordinated play, arbitrage betting, or use of multiple accounts.

All games available on the 995det platform — including video slots, live dealer games, table games, crash games, fishing games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their respective game rules as published by the originating game studio or sports data provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet or wagering any funds.

6.1 Certified Game Providers

6.3 Void Bets and Technical Errors

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds being displayed, system errors resulting in incorrect game outcomes, or data feed failures in live betting — 995det reserves the right to void all bets affected by the error and return stakes to player accounts. Players may not exploit or benefit from obvious errors and any winnings derived from a manifest error will not be honoured.

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 995det platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one player account, regardless of the name, email, mobile number, device, or IP address used
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with the 995det support team
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment instruments for deposits or receiving withdrawals to payment accounts not registered in your own name
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds to the platform with no genuine intention to gamble and subsequently requesting withdrawal
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or manifest pricing errors for financial gain
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, including for the purposes of placing bets, collecting data, or circumventing security measures
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any activity intended to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Attempting to access another player's account, reverse-engineering the platform, or conducting any form of penetration testing or security scanning without prior written consent from 995det
• Abusing the bonus system by creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to simulate eligibility for regional promotions, or coordinating with other players to systematically extract bonus value
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of chip dumping, bonus washing, or arbitrage betting strategy in violation of individual promotion terms

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your 995det account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before processing the closure, the support team will verify your identity and confirm that there are no pending withdrawals, active bonuses with unsatisfied wagering requirements, or ongoing investigation holds on the account. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following KYC verification.

8.2 Closure by 995det

995det reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 7
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity
• The player's jurisdiction becoming legally restricted for online gambling services
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account action

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance within the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited at 995det's discretion. Where an account is closed for other reasons (such as regulatory requirements), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 995det, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and game providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own betting decisions, regardless of the outcome
• Losses arising from technical interruptions, platform downtime, internet connectivity failures, or delays in payment processing caused by third-party providers
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Loss of opportunity, loss of profit, or any other economic loss arising from the unavailability of specific games, markets, or features
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, statistics, or content displayed on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to data feed errors

995det's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by you to the platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the liability.

995det reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective from the date of publication on this page. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects player rights, bonus conditions, payment policies, or eligible jurisdictions — 995det will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the registered email address on the player's account or through a prominent notice displayed on the platform.

It remains your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. Your continued access to or use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept an amendment to the Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact the support team to close your account.

995det also reserves the right to add to, withdraw from, or modify the range of games, betting markets, payment methods, promotional offers, and platform features available at any time without notice and without incurring any liability to players as a result of such changes.
